"The menu convinces with the excellent sauces. In addition, most dishes are quite differentiated in all pleasant basic aromas. The courses offer correct portions that allow you to immerse yourself in the world of taste of a court and sway in it. However, I lack more differentiation here and there – this is especially true for the Red Bar. Also the lobster was not as convincing for my taste as the opening gear of the September menu. For this, the liver was excellent and the aroma composition of the duck was excellent. A little weaker I would class the desserts while the Petit Fours were once again excellent. In this respect, the detail of the menu was fluctuating for my taste sensation, but in the quality it convinced me on the whole"
