"Arrived to pick up our order on Friday and they did not have it ready. The man was very rude and claimed we never even placed the order. After a couple of minutes he actually found our order but instead of putting it down for Friday they put it down for Tuesday. Prior to that we had to even prove on our phone that we actually did call Highway bakery because he just would not believe us. So they wrote down the wrong date but refused to admit that they did. He said he would support his employee rather than the customer and said that we were not telling the truth. I am totally done with Highway bakery. We left there and went down to Pearson's who were wonderful and gave us just what we want it"

"Had ordered for pickup, came in to pick up my food. The dude that attended me, was just rude. Picked up the bag said everything is in there drops it back down walks away. Just the way that he said it to me, seemed like in a rude way. Don’t get me wrong, I love the sushi here. But, workers can work on their attitude. Service: Take out"

"I was there yesterday with my friend and her mother. Eating was really good, my vermouth as they can't see the pictures so much. my glass had 7 bugs in it. I didn't notice it until I almost ended it and began to take some of them out of my mouth. it ruined my dinner, and I have to say it was one of the worst of all time. kellner apologised, but got very defensiw and sharpened that we complained. did nothing for us to make it for ruined dinner. great disappointment. I don't think I'll ever go back there."
