this is one of the restaurants that do not just have a curry on the menu just to have a vegan dish. they will quickly find that every dish has been created with passion and contemplation to have the best vegan dish possible. we have learned that wein is not automatically vegan (has to do with how the wein is clarified and a process called fining, but of reason that they also have vegan wein on the list. it's a little... What User doesn't like about Lammbuttrind:
the breakfast buffet at the proud price is not necessarily worth a recommendation. there are equivalents at a reasonable price-performance ratio. there are wide runways from table to buffet, no coffee at table and around 10h is closing. we would have stayed a little longer. the coffee maker is needy, had a few mosquitoes and the gas is to serve it itself. all in all, well. The 3 courses Menue was an experience for eyes and palates. The, for us, partly extraordinary compilation of the ingredients has surprised us. The combination of these ingredients then also tastefully harmonized, even more. We enjoyed the evening and the food very much.
Great food with some great greetings from the kitchen and an excellent menu for a menu with several courses; few dishes, for this many fresh and seasonal ingredients in perfect quality, almost exclusively from the region. The ride is definitely worth it!

Reception: inadequate....unfriendly, you felt as a disorder...never reach... Food: rather fade....dry bread with a can sardines as an appetizer....at the price !? ....Wein very good... Service: very friendly Price/Performance: no ratio... Surroundings/Location: excellent...Terrace to the lake...toll...beautiful it was cold and rainy in our evening... We were there a few years ago for a wedding party with ital. Buffett at that time, everything we have celebrated our own wedding there 39 years ago... another time...
The food was very delicious, the ambience great and the service excellent.
