As someone who works in the mall, I can confirm there are a lot of Karens who complain here. I can hear them yelling at the cashiers and then they play the victim. It’s disgusting. Be nicer to service people and you’ll actually get even better service than normal. But news flash: no one in the mall gets paid enough to be treated like a indentured servant. Check yo self. The food is good but the light skin worker caught an attitude with me because I asked him could he change his gloves since he was handing 3 other cash transactions and food with the same gloves doesn’t that go against health conduct ? Lazy workers. Nothing is ever available and refuse to make anything. This place is a joke. Where’s management?!?!?
