I taste cheesecake everywhere it's sold. I think I'm very picky when it comes to the things that I think make a cheesecake superb. It should be thought and dense while it remains moist and creamy, never dry or fluffy. A really good cheesecake does not require toppings, but Lake Mary makes delicious flavors like Key Lime, pumpkin, and white chocolate raspberry to name some of my favorites.
