"The Norma's Plant Based Cuisine is located in the Adventist Book Center and now offers a 100%vegan menu. From sandwiches to burgers, wraps to salads and smoothies in between you will find a variety of foods to choose. Among the favorites are vegan pizzas, packs and smoothies. I was disappointed to see the heavy use of impossible products in the courts, as many studies show that this is unhealthy SDA, this is not part of the health news... I would like to see this change to a more holistic approach. The owner Norma is very accommodating and uses fresh ingredients in their dishes. She takes care of cleanliness and wipes off her equipment and utensils between commands. There is also a take-and-go area and drinks. Nice seating area in the interior. "Portions were good, but the teriyaki was very bland, as was the tempura roll. the chicken was stringy and looked like clumps of thigh meat. even the extra teriyaki sauce that came with the meals was bland. The dumplings were good and seemed to be a 50/50 mix of pork and vegetables. The tempura roll, aside from being bland, was a large log of rice with a very small bit of everything else in the middle."
