There is little to do, here in the clear holy oven everything does throat and quality feels. We've tried several high-speed seals, but this remains our favorite. the price is higher than the other furnaces, but for the type of product served it is worth all. Stopped by to try the bread at this ancient bakery 14th century bakery. The focaccia was delicious, some of the best I have tasted.
