Excellent restaurant. It offers a menu with some traditional Piedmontese dishes including agnolotti, anchovies with croutons and butter, raw meat cut with a knife, gnocchi with Castel Magno,... Disappointment. Cover charge 3.50 per person, more than a steal, not even in starred hotels it costs that much. Fassone steak crushed with a fork and plated like this with two pieces of songino and filled with lemon. Overcooked castelmagno gnocchi with hints of castelmagno. Narrow and very messy entrance.
