Exceptional dishes with quality products. Definitely among the best non-Italian culinary experiences I have had in Turin. We tried the shuba (based on herring and beetroot) as a starter and, as a first course, the borsch vegetable soup. All accompanied by the excellent non-alcoholic drink kvass .
