I found this restaurant (run by chef Stefano Fanti) quite special looking for something of a good standard but not obvious. I knew that the atmosphere and the place were full of history because it was located in an ancient building on the first floor near the Circolo dei Lettori of Turin. The current list of dishes may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of menus, the menu also offers a selection of beverages and typical house dishes.
