There's a lot to improve, sorry. We had a chocolate made on the spot, yes, but very poorly made. The price is not adequate. I find it inadequate to entrust the service to young and unprepared (even if evidently willing) staff on a busy day while the owner remains seated at the counter. Slow, they don't really consider you, they arrive at least ten minutes after you sit down even if there is no one at the brioche tables, forget it
