Tradition, interpretation and acceptance. Perfect combination of these three ingredients that make Casin of the leg one of my favorite restaurants.

Casin del Gamba is an absolute must for anyone who enjoys innovative high quality cuisine made from fresh seasonal ingredients including local produce, game and wild edibles such as mushrooms, herbs and plants. The location is magical, the service faultless and the price more than reasonable for a Michelin star restaurant.
