Dockside - Alton

What Michael Fruin likes about Dockside:
I had not been to Dockside in nearly 2 years....I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality, portion size, service atmosphere. To be perfectly honest, my prior experience was not terribly memorable, so I had not returned. I hope that my most recent visit represents the new normal because it was awesome !!! What Kevin B doesn't like about Dockside:
They were out of haddock they said it was due to a recent storm, so okay. We ordered the fried clams which did not taste fresh at all. We also ordered chicken Alfredo which was bad. Like there was literally something spoiled used in making it. They removed it from the bill for us. The fried wings were good and the onion rings were great, but we expected better seafood.
