I am a costumer of this coffee shop in Jerseyville Illinois on a regular basis. Usually they do an amazing job. But today I was a little disappointed. I ordered my coffee and I sat at the window a really long time while my coffee sat on the counter by the window and by the time I finally got it the whipped cream was halfway melted . "Edit: i dont mind the price being a little different i can handle that but the blantant rudeness was ridiculous. Implying I was lying was shocking especially because I always go out of my way to be really nice. She was and still is just rude. Otherwise you guys are top notch. I love the food for being in alton but there is one woman that works there that if she answers I don't even bother and I just go elsewhere. She is very rude and when I had ordered the same thing 3 times in one week from other workers she tried telling me I didn't and that they don't put carnitas in chimchangas. She also charged me almost 15 dollars more than the other times I went. I've gone back and ordered when others answered and never had the same issue.
