All three sandwiches were perfectly constructed, like I've never seen, bravo! Bathroom clean dining room a bit messy but this place is busy. Music from kitchen conflicted with piped in music in dining room, not a good atmosphere to eat in. View all feedback.
What Nathan Kemper doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I pull up in the drive through to pick up my online order. They ask me to pull up to a parking spot and wait. I sat there for ten minutes. Worth the wait, if the food was being cooked fresh. But, I get the food home, and the food was beyond old! Should never have been served to anyone!! Absolute garbage!!! View all feedback.
Horrible experience after not going for a while.after yelling yhe order taker multiple times they just disregarded our request. Not one word out of the person who took our money $22 for w sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks which I didn't think was to bad but the sandwiches were just hap-hazardly thrown together very poor quality and service. I won't be back
Upon arrival, there were employees with their backs to the customers not acknowledging neither of their existence as a patron willing to spend money. Accidentally the girl turned around and noticed there was people standing there and was like oh after her in-depth conversation with her co-worker doing nothing staring at a screen. I then ordered two bacon McDoubles and a fountain soda. I go fill my soda up and with the time it took to get the order in I assumed I had enough time to go empty out some trash acquired from traveling over the road. I come back to the door and was locked out. I then went to the drive-thru and still 15 minutes later. No bacon, double cheeseburger. No acknowledgment. No apology. Sincere rudeness and the staff as well as management to accept their behavior as they are should be ashamed of themselves. I will let the right people know how they're establishment is being run.
How is it your employees worked better at 7.25 an hour?? You are still messing up orders, this falls on management, and the vad attitude towards customers is so unprofessional. Its not our fault you cannot train people the right way, or our fault your having a bad day. My first job was mcdonalds and the main guideline was to smile, and the customers always right. Now its hurry up and order and get out.... pathetic you cannot hire normal people who can read a ticket....
The employees are on their own. The manager “Jamie” spent well over an hour outside on her cellphone while her crew scrambled to get ready for lunch. No nuggets at noon? That’s crazy. But plenty or swearing from the kitchen as employees argue with each other and ignore their customers. The dining room attendant was really great though, we liked her. That’s all.
Waited for ever in the drive thru. Only to get my food tossed at me!! Didn’t get everything I ordered. Waited a few minutes and no one came back to the window so I left.
