What KrystleCrimson Costello doesn't like about Taco Bell:
2 of the items my husband and I ordered was wrong. When I took them back into the lobby the woman that was working the register and drive through took my two items added what was originally supposed to be on them and handed them back to me. Did not make them fresh the woman that was making the food said that she did Fing put sour cream and cheese on it , which she did not, and when I told her that there was not supposed to be lettuce on one of the items she said that 's what the order says I have NEVER had such bed service at a Taco Bell in my life. NEVER again will I go to the Alton, IL location.

Never again. You have place your own order inside. What a joke. Freaking COVID is gone.
This food is poison. I ate here for an early dinner at 4pm today and ended up in the bathroom 4+ times. The meat was metallic tasting.
