"I highly do not recommend coming to Mcallisters. The AC is NEVER working in this location and I can never enjoy a meal here due to the fact that’s it’s so hot. I can’t imagine the work conditions that these employees go through. Also, i don’t appreciate the general manager. I can see how unprofessional and rude he can be with his employees. He mid interrupts them whenever they’re taking my order. I prefer the Mcallisters in Edinburg! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"You need to improve your Service! They give me my order short, when I call back to complain the Lady manager was kind of rude asking questions regarding my order (maybe they have a lot of work). I was not happy going back to get my nuggets! By the way, the Quarter pounders we eat, taste very good."
