Unfortunately the service in the Falcon Road location has been subpar. I've gone twice in the past few months and both times I've been disappointed in the service. My drink and food were good but I was made to feel like I was a pain because my food was forgotten and when it was given the manager was put out because I inquired about napkins that were omitted. Her retort was I don't have any on this end of the counter. Huh? Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Great coffee and ambiance. The service was swift and friendly. Loved the logo and the weather was nice.
Awful. Couldn't drink the coffee I purchased. Would not return. Save your $6 bucks and find something else.
