Es uno de los pocos lugares en Villa Pehuenia que siempre lo encontre abierto. Las tortas y helados son riquísimos y muy abundantes. Recomiendo probar los alfajores de harina de piñon que son muy ricos. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Fabrica de Sabores y Recuerdos:
This was my second visit to this establishment. We brought friends here for lunch on a quiet Saturday. We were the only ones in the place so the service and food should have been excellent. Not sure what happened but, our Milanese was white like it wasn't fried but just taken from the freezer and heated. Pretty tasteless and unappetizing. *Also they do not take credit cards so have cash. I feel bad that I took friend... View all feedback.
Easy to sit, just talk, good food, warm staff. Perfect place to taste their own brewed beers.
Great view, nice to get a good cup of coffee and cake or ice cream if you want protection from the cold. wifi and homy wooden seats
La Fabrica de Sabores y Recuerdos (The factory of taste and souvenirs) is the place where you must be visiting Villa Pehuenia. The food is completely made home, pizza, pasta, empanadas, meat, poultry are fantastic. The attention of Carmen the owner and Juan Carlos, their friend, is excellent, not only friendly, but very friendly. The wine kava does not need to say broader and very good. I There's also a hard alcohol. We were there a few times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Juan Carlos, nickname “El Lobo” (The Wolf), is a very experienced and experienced guide and knows the whole region as his hand. As a tip. While you enjoy a fabulous meal, you can have his advice about everything you can or want to do in the area, hunting, fishing, exploration, hiking, scaling, boating on the lakes, mountain biking, ATVs, etc.
This is a good place, visited by owners. The pizza is excellent and they have many options, also available local and usual beers, We tried the picada and it was plentiful. Best ice cream in the zone. As usual about Pehuenia, they don't take credit cards.

Anyone could do better in their own kitchen, not sure what happened. Won't be back.
