Taco Bell - Feedback

What Amy Mathias doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I ordered food at 9:11 p.m, I arrived and waited in my car until I got the notification. My boyfriend went inside and the food wasn't done, about 20 minutes later he comes out to the car. I noticed the drinks werent right. We looked at the tag and seen it was a doordash for Amy. He took it back in, with the order pulled up on the phone. I placed an order on the app and I was taking a huge chance that no one else would be in the drive thru at that time, being that I was on a tight schedule and had very little time.. I get there and I'm freaking out because there is 5 cars in the drive thru and the light looks packed..I was so worried about being late but it was too late, I already paid.. so I wait and I was in and out the drive through within 5 minut...
