"Tonights crew ABSOLUTELY ROCKIN IT!!!!! Crackin customers up and working efficiantly why doing it! I love that this place works its own GF station and doesnt make me feel bad about asking for it! "I spend a lot of time at a lot of coffee shops. Flying Squirrel has not only a cute atmosphere and friendly employees, but the BEST coffee I have had in the Fort Worth area. (I don't go to Dallas so who knows about them. I was so impressed with the quality of the roast and the bright, fruity flavor of their Costa Rican coffee, I was moved to write this review. Staff was helpful, even giving us a great lunch recommendation for a joint across the street that had excellent street tacos. I don't live in Mansfield but I will definitely make the drive to come here again. Seriously I mean it when I say this is the best coffee I've had in the area. Worth the trip, no question."

"The server was great. The bar was extremely slow. They were busy and only had one bartender. It’s a shame they could make more money if bar was faster. Our second round took 30 minutes."

"Completely delicious! My husband is the quintessential meat and potatoes man, while I am a vegetarian. It's HARD to find fine dining that satisfies us both, but this place left us both breathless as we relished bite after bite. The staff were warm and attentive without being pretentious. The sangria was excellent, and my desert, the passion fruit mousse, was the perfect finish to complete a fabulous experience."
