What Joanne T likes about 38 and a Half:
We visited this bar a few times during our stay in Alvor. We had jugs of sangria which were to die for at €7.50!! The cheapest but also one of the best. This is a bar locals use and is on one of the main streets where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Wine is only €1.50! They also sell food but we didn’t try any as we were only after a drink. Doesn’t look much as you pass by but is well worth a visit. View all feedback.
What Matilde Vicente doesn't like about 38 and a Half:
We chose this cafe because it advertised savoury crepes. We sat down and ordered beers, then looked at the menu and ordered a crepe only to be told they were not available .....strange for a cafe that 'cooks from scratch '. Since we now had beers we were committed to stay so my wife ordered cheese , only to be told that it was off......mmmmm a pattern was developing . Since my wife just wanted a light snack she order...
