"My guest and I had a Sunday dinner (do not brew something and breakfast is not served after 11:30). When the host led us through the restaurant, I was surprised what I thought a small place is very large with beautiful decor and atmosphere....Our waiter was excellent. Attention, without floating and sharing good advice. I'm glad my guest spoke Spanish. Not so sure that the Council would have been mediated in English or via a translation app."

"This is a U. S. styled mini cafeteria restaurant in an office building that primarily serves workers from the surrounding office buildings. Get there before noon or at two or after as it is swamped during the traditional two hour lunch period. For about we ate a large bowl of cream of carrot soup, large bowl of salad from the salad bar, half a plate of grilled white fish, large serving of coconut rice, homemade potato chips, an arepa (local specialty with theirs resembling cornbread in texture but a biscuit in shape), fresh fruit juice and a two bite cookie. Everything was excellent. No tipping and tax in the price so pesos is the total cost per person. Easy to find if you are on Avenida Poblado. Go to the Sudameris Building near the corner with Calle South. It's across the street from Citibank. There is a ground level bank so walk past it and up the open air stairs. The first level you encounter is the building lobby and parking passageway with a sign to the terraza comidas on your right. Walk up those steps and turn back to your right for a few more at the first landing. Be sure to select Donde Andres as there is another one on the terrace. Sign is very obvious overhead. Servers will ask what you want as there are multiple soup, entree and rice selections. It's a real find for anyone wanting salad and their fish not fried as it is in most tipico meals."
