What KLE Ridgefield doesn't like about Pena:
Pluses: pretty buildings and gardens. Helpful server. Nice menu. Some appetizers and mains were great. Pavlova is world class. Risotto very good. Duck was good but tough and not warm. Tomato appe and crayfish app were fantastic. Minuses: prices are high (for Portugal) for this quality level.
