What Dast likes about Rua 31:
We were staying 5 star along with Michelin food but craved something sincere, simpler and local, this place was magic. Passing it looked small but inviting and we could see only one couple inside, tempted we stepped in and wow what a night. We hit it off with Paulo the owner instantly, then the couple (from Switzerland). As the night wore on Mario a famous local artist joined in, then a Japanese percussionist and her... What SB1999 doesn't like about Rua 31:
We visited here for a late lunch, our waiter press ganged us into having plate of meat and cheese which was enough for 6 people, we were 3. The meat was fatty and seemed like it was leftovers, we left quite a lot of it. It was one of the most expensive lunch we had in Amarante, we had a three course one for less at other restaurants.
