Ribcrib Bbq - Amarillo

The Amarillo restaurant was clean and the staff were nice. My father, husband and myself went to eat on Tuesday June 28th. We had come from another restaurant that 100% ignored us and we were starving. The girl who took our order was super sweet and friendly. She did an excellent job. I didn't get her name but she was so nice. We ate at this location around 8pm. The food was good and hot. The ribs were tender and well cooked. We got our ribs Okie style. Thanks for having such a great staff. We will be back.

Order a 2 meat dinner. And it was not only cold, but dried. The bread was as hard as the bride. I have a picture of the record on Amarillo Facebook Restaurant reviews. I called and spoke to Chris and he wasn't worried. Luckily I ordered by DoorDash and could get a refund. This is the second time that my family received terrible food. Make sure to eat inward if you want to serve decent food!

I hate to say it, but last night is the last time my wife and I will visit or order here. Our last three commands/visits were worse than before. Going with other reviews, it seems our once popular facility is on the way out of the door. We order our normality, which is a huge family package. No toast, what ever lacked, two of our big family pages, the two sides we received were in single tiny sauce cups. The sausage was not even cooked and was ice cold in the middle. The ribs were bland, not seasoned, and not even fully cooked. There was not even a smoke ring on the very small and insensitive meat that was on the bone. It was almost like it was heated and slept in sauce. The pulled pork was unseasonal and the part was very small. The only thing that was out of the whole order was the chicken. Last time we went to sit down, it took forever to sit down and make a drink order. Almost 30 minutes to get 3 water w/ lemon. The staff and the kitchen staff look less than enthusiastic about being there. This place needs a serious overhaul and some people who are proud of their food because like the season on the food, their pride is just not even there.

Ordnete The Dirty Deed and I felt like I had directed the dirty act to me. The whole plate was room temperature and the meat was tasteless and the BBQ sauce did not help him at all. I was with many BBQ joints and this place has failed. Trust me and avoid this BBQ joint, but go ahead if you like disappointment.
