We ate here with family last Sunday and enjoyed a very good carvery meal. There was a wide selection of roasts and vegetables so no need for anyone to go hungry. The prices are very reasonable and it’s no surprise that it gets very busy so prior booking is advisable. The Codnor Castle Inn is now under new management and improvements are being made to the place every week. Highly recommended. View all feedback.

Went in January for a family meal and the food was nice but the new manager is very abrupt and not very customer friendly. I was a regular visitor with the previous owner but due to not feeling welcome or like a valued customer I won’t step foot in the place again. Prices also gone up and is quite expensive now. Shame as I got married there and have happy memories. View all feedback.

The restaurant offers a dining area with chairs and tables, and there's a counter where you can sit down and taste. Thesmallestguests can sit in children's chairs (please inquire), Depending on the weather conditions, you can also sit outside and eat and drink.
