we had Sunday karvery. very friendly staff, can not be enough for them, very helpful and polite. eating was absolutely fantastic, cooked to perfection. we had the big carvery and that's exactly what it was. for smaller appetite I would go for the smaller size. this pub has a nice feeling for it. very relaxed. tastefully decorated not ostentatious, no edge. we will definitely return. Nice welcome. Waitress was so friendly and lovely Food was ok. Prawn cocktail was served on a hot plate , so ended up warm and runny! Roast beef dinner was ok, but they had no horseradish co op is next door so you’d think they’d buy some from there Fish and chips were nice. Burger was nice. Lasagne was ok. Best thing we’re the homemade chips, can’t comment on Dessert as we didn’t have any View all feedback.
