What User likes about The Spotted Calf Cafe:
fantastic friendly pub, a real gem in the krone of the village. we were greeted by denise the new manager in the beautiful garden, celebrated by feenlichtern, and so welcoming were the terrace heaters and cover to keep us smuggling while we devote our delicious food drinks. a destination from now on in any case. would highly recommend. we will see again soon legley tina View all feedback.

With a heavy heart, my family and I did not have a great experience here and we really wanted to be supportive of a community owned establishment... BUT: no almond milk, they had ran out of sausages (at breakfast time, I may add , microwaved and wholly overdone eggs (like, the yolk was solid! , tasteless bacon, less than generous portions and we waited an age for the drinks and for food to arrive which then all came... Such a shame that the café closes this weekend...really good menu and food as good as I could wish for. Hope it restarts one day soon.
