Karthik, one of the receptionists filthy and unprofessional attitude. No sense of what hospitality means. Misguided us on the phone and wasted our time and efforts to get to the hotel. On top of that didnt show any sense of guilt or mistake, but rather behaved unprofessionally. No sense of how to deal with guests. Don't recommend this place read more.
