"Beautiful tea cafe you can see heart and sole has been put into every detail. Staff are friendly and well versed in products. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced and delicious. Felt safe and Covid free in the environment. Will definately be visiting again."

"Went here on a whim as we were staying down the road. Not the easiest place to find in the dark but that's what sat-navs are for. Excellent food, staff were lovely and we enjoyed our dinner a lot. The staff were also nice enough to give us a free peacock pint glass as my daughter works at a peacock sanctuary. Will be back again when we're next in the area."

"What a gem. The good was excellent. It was by far the best meal we have had during our stay in Northumberland. We have booked again for tuesday evening next week and cant wait. Our only problem is what to choose. Yhe range of quality food, at an affordable price is second to none. Brilliant"

"I saw this restaurant on the Hairy bikers and was immediately needing to go! My partner had the mackerel pâté and I had scallops and black pudding with a carrot puree to start. We both had langoustines with chips for our main. I had a local beer too that was delicious. All the food was amazing, simply cooked to perfection. "We just finished a fabulous farewell. we are 4 friends who have removed a weekend and finished with a delicious curry. each dish was delicious and all pickel and popadoms were beautiful. thanks to the staff. we were very impressed."
