"Very nice house, the boss is very jovial. The restaurant is family-run. The offer is linked to the village, at dinner it is mainly the premises and the workers who are the customers. We ate very well, good portions without excess. The bar is available all day."

"Excellent lamb shoulder confit but the duck was not exceptional. For apetizer the vegetable millefeuille was not flavorful enough. The fish apetizer was delicious. So, uneven hence the good only rating. The two crying toddlers who were accepted at the diner table next to us spoiled the quiet ambiance. There was an adjacent room which would have been more appropriate for this family."

"The food was exceptional one of the best meals on the Loire Valley. The restaurant is positioned in a non-tourist area away from the crowds in a lovely small village. The maitre d’ spoke perfect English and very helpful along with all the staff. The food was on the rustic side, and not too fussy as most restaurants we visited."
