"The food was exceptional one of the best meals on the Loire Valley. The restaurant is positioned in a non-tourist area away from the crowds in a lovely small village. The maitre d’ spoke perfect English and very helpful along with all the staff. The food was on the rustic side, and not too fussy as most restaurants we visited."

"The restaurant is very nice and cosy. Because of the warm wheather, dining was outside (on the small street). Only small dishes are served; mainly meant to be shared. The card is shown on black boards. Wines are good, but only from the Loire region. Wine pairing is difficult, because the dishes are served in one go. When they would be served separately, then good wine pairing would be possible. The dishes are freshly prepared and very tasty. Very good restaurant to be recommended (and ask for separate servings if you want to pair the wine with te food)."
