"I was there with my partner and some friends. The experience was initially a bit strange. As we entered the room the waitress was awkwardly silent, but right after handing us the menu, thing got really fun. We had some jokes and a lot fund with the waitress and enjoyed one of the best cordon bleu we ever had. Due to the fact that it was witbter and dark outside, we didn't get ro enjoy the view, but surely coming by again for another great dinner with view. The location is a bit iff, but definitely worth the trip. Combined with a small hike, this is a great place for dinner or lunch."

"I thought I died and went to pizza heaven. I 've had great pizza in Italy and this new trattoria is right up there. In fact my partner pronounced it the best pizza she has ever had . For someone with holiday homes in Italy, fluent in the lingo and cooking heavily Mediteranean, such praise carries weight. We play boccie with Swiss-Italian pensioners. Those guys know and care deeply about their cuisine. So when they waxed lyrical about a new restaurant with buonissimo pizza, we had to go. Now we are also cheerleaders for this wonderful find. Cosy and charming, the owner-chef is incredibly proud of his produce. He advised us which days the fresh seafood would arrive, the saltimbocca always freshly-done.... they make (in-house) all their pasta, gelati, and yummy panettone. With professional service, free parking and stupendous cuisine, we will visit regularly for sure."

"Great hotel, great location and fantastic food. It is on a main road / rail, but there is little traffic after 6pm. We slept very well. Great location to explore the Walensee and Flumserberg region. The surprise was the quality of our dinner. It was excellent and delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. I can highly recommend."
