Wings Grill - Amelia

Ordered two burrito bowls. Got home and we were really disappointed. The main issue was uncooked black beans. They were only partially cooked and very hard. I had lettuce added. It was bagged very wet lettuce that put water all over the bowl. Not as many topping or at least free toppings as competitors.

Don't go here after 6pm they run out of food every single day and turns ppl away and they stand there and laugh about it like it's funny. And how the dinning room gets so disgustingly nasty with no food to serve ppl is beyond me! Amelia location is a joke!

THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE IN TOWN!!!Number one: I have tried at LEAST 4 times in the last 2 months to get my dinner from here. Every time, I show up between 5:30-6:00 on any given day of the week, and this Chipotle is out of basic ingredients. After seeing limited availability last night at 5:45pm, I chose simply chips and mild salsa. The chips had NO salt or lime flavoring. Everyone involved in the order process has either the worst attitude or no personality at all. From this day on? I will eat at any Taco Bell, rather than go to this Chipotle.

We ordered food for delivery. Although all the labels show what was ordered, there are missing items and incorrect items in the meals. IE; ordered brown rice with my bowl and got white rice. Ordered lettuce, no lettuce, ordered fajita veggies and salsa and got neither. Tried calling but nobody will answer other than an automated voice. Never again Chipotle. Zero customer service.

My food was cold and gross!!! Very disappointed and not satisfied!! It was very disgusting after craving it for weeks I finally got to order just for it to be cold and gross!!! Ridiculous
