"Fred is a genius and a perfect host. He is warm and welcoming and makes you feel very important. Not only that, the food is delicious much better than the 1 and 2 star Michelin restaurants we ate in later on during our South of France trip. The food is absolutely delicious and presented in a stunning way. Plus the prices are in line with the quality of food."
