I am not sure who thinks runny liquid around chimichangas is okay? Then i ordered a Sopaipilla and my question there is what kind of self respecting Mexican Restaurant thinks they can fry what looked like a tortilla because it was flat and round pour syrup on it call it a Sopaipilla.
