I was in town for a Basketball Tournament and wanted something to eat. I'm a huge fan of Waffle House, so I decided to stop in. Nan, Hannah and Dan were amazing. Nan was extremely nice and inviting. Is it appropriate for a staff to eat in front of customers? Someone was eating a sandwich during my visit on the cooking floor during my visit. I personally thought they should have eaten their food in private. View all feedback.
Sue Sue was extremely rude and her customer service was worse. She yelled at her coworkers in front of customers which was very unprofessional.
