This was my very 1st visit at this type of restaurant and I must say I didn't have an expectation coming in but during this visit I was very impressed.__The

"Expecting a particularly special meal at a Parador hotel in an historic building I was somewhat disappointed. The food was tasty but nothing to write home about. Service staff were super lovely! However, overall not a place I will return to given the variety of great restaurants in Santiago."
