This place is the worst. They can't ever get an order right. Literally just put a tortilla into another tortilla for my daughter's cheese quesadilla. There was no cheese. How does that even happen? "Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"Hot Dog Heaven was a perfect lunch stop for us passing thru Amherst! This had to be one of the nicest Hot Dog restaurants in Ohio we have been to. Very up to date and clean on the inside. The staff was nice and make everything quickly. The drive thru was great! We ate outside in the parking lot with our dogs. We have some Jumbo Dogs with Bacon, Cheese and Chilli also so Regular dogs too with Fries on the side. It was all so good! We would come back here again if we are in the area!!
