after many problems with them and asking for refund for my contract, I decided to not fulfill my balance before its over them decided to fulfill my order and said we will not send them anything and do what they want to do if I mentioned the official complaint before a week they tried to solve a problem and promised to compensate me if the dinge won't be better.
