Keoni was a delightful server and very attentive to us. Our dinner at Zao Shen was excellent! I wish I could say the same about our room placement and condition! As always, employees exhibit exemplary customer service. However, the resort is in serious need of maintenance! View all feedback.

Best buffet I have been to. Each night has a different theme. I am a big fan of the pozole and seafood soups.
