My wife and I have dined at Pitahayas every year since they opened, and the quality of the food is always superb. The setting is a stunning restaurant said just off the beach of the sea of Cortez was waves crashing on the beach. Inventive cocktails complement their Mexican pacific fusion cuisine. Here's the break down... 4 stars for the food; the white fin tuna was one of the best I've had, my daughter ordered the salmon which was also good and my son ordered the chicken roll, that was ok. 2 stars for the service and for the dessert.
