This is a small pool-side sushi preparation station at Solmar Resort. The menu has 30+ items. Something I'd never seen before, fruit sushi. It was surprisingly good! They work with the full service restaurant on the other side of the pool to provide drinks to patrons. Beautifully prepared sushi was delish! Meh. Sushi wasn't anything special kinda bland actually. Prices high for what you get, but it's resort pricing. Staff is not super attentive. The desserts were kinda meh, too. Would give 2.5 stars but rounded up to 3. View all feedback.
