In the Grand Trunk visitors can have tasty cucha, slice and butter chicken. This place is known for its great service and friendly staff, which is always ready to help you. A number of reviewers highlight that the prices are appropriate for what you receive. Taj Swarna is one of the best places to visit in Amritsar. The staff is modest and super cooperative. The rooms are very spacious and have a nice touch. Flying in the restaurant is a big branch to take care of. Although BF options were limited, live dosa, etc. were available on request and had a good taste through heavy haste The services were somewhat slow, but it was a good experience."

"One of the oldest and famous name of Punjabi restaurant is Kesar Da Dhaba. They specialise in Dal Fry with Lacha parothas. Dal cooked here is kept on tandoor for whole night and cooked on slow heat. This process adds special taste to the Dal. It is served with parathas (Indian bread) which is stuffed with lots of Desi Ghee. This is idle food for ghee lovers. If you don't relish having a lot of Ghee then this is not your place to enjoy food. They also serve paneer and black Chaney. Their preparation is average. If you like to enjoy sweet dish after your food, you can enjoy phirnee or hot gulab jamun. They taste really good. There is no parking space, so travel by rickshaw. Sitting space is big and comfortable."
