This is a must go in Amsterdam. The food, cocktails , service , just everything is great there. Very very friendly and attentive staff. We sat at the bar where we could watch the chefs and his team preparing all these lovely dishes with so much love , concentration and passion. Arrived 3 minutes early for a 6:00 reservation, checked in, and was asked to wait at the bar for them to open the dining area. I ordered a glass of wine and was horrified to see them fill up half the restaurant over the next 45 minutes, without honoring or acknowledging my reservation .
