immersed for ripening and salmon dinner. both were perfectly cooked and service was excellent. we enjoyed the cozy indoor atmosphere in the open, so that we came back to lunch the next day. we ordered pancakes with speck and hamburger plate. again the food was fabulous. we are so glad that we found this restaurant during our trip to amsterdam.
