What a terrible start in our stay in Amsterdam... Waiter had a terrible attitude when he saw 8 guests instead of 10. I understand the booking was for 10, but tried for two no show guests when the restaurant was empty. Even no show costs are applied only if no one shows up as he mentions when he confirms the booking. His attitude was so terrible that we wanted to go first of all because he had no map details.
