De Roos - Amsterdam

I ate here with a friend after the pride walk. I enjoyed a Chai Latte with milk, a hummus sandwich, and a traditional Dutch "pink cake," all of which were vegan and delicious. The highlight of this place is its fantastic location in Vondelpark. The staff was friendly and helpful, even filling up my water bottle for me. I highly recommend this spot for a vegan or vegetarian lunch!

De Roos offers more than just good food! This restaurant is located within a spiritual center that hosts courses and events. While you're there enjoying your meal and drinks, make sure to check out the incredible new age shop on the first floor. The building is beautiful and the food is delicious, with convenient proximity to the spacious bathrooms.

The restaurant has a charming outdoor garden. The coffee is decent, nothing extraordinary. They offer vegan sweets and sandwiches, as well as a daily soup.

The building is right next to (but a little hidden) to the vondelpark, I very suggest to sit on the first level because it is very nice with large windows. we had the pumpkin soup and hummus with brot, it was very good, but we were disappointed by the drinks (chai latte and milk chocolate.)

They have a small canteen with pure , simple food options. I love to come here for the cookies and raw vegan cakes from Sharp Sharp. The place upstairs is really beautiful to sit. Nice atmosphere and people. I love to hang around and look at all the crystals, tarot cards, and other stuff they sell in their shop upstairs. It's nice to sit outside with good weather.
