What Daan de Groot doesn't like about Rem Eiland:
Too contrived, soulless and still feels a bit like a tourist tent. No special flavors. But 1 of the 5 dishes really stood out (kohlrabi). Energy is mainly found in the form (cheese foam in the shape of a block of cheese, butter in the shape of a Pacman, banana dessert in the shape of a banana) and not in special flavors.
